The following is our labor scope of work.
Bathroom Base Dimensions: 7' - 0" L x 5' - 0" W x 8' - 0" H - Additional cost for larger bathrooms
Disconnect and remove vanity base and top or wall hung sink
Remove light fixture located over medicine cabinet
Remove ceramic tile floor in mastic floor or Vinyl floor to origional sub-floor. “Mud set floor will be additional”
Install Two Piece white toilet and connect to water with new suppy line
Install vanity base cabinet
Install imitation marble vanity top
Install Delta Sink faucet
Install PVC "P" trap
Install two water sink faucet supply Lines connected to existing water shut off valves
Install Towel bar and paper holder
Install surface mounted medicine Cabinet
Install Light Fixture over medicine cabinet and connect to existing utility
Install 1/2" Durock Cement Board over original sub-floor
Install Daltile Matte White Octagon 12” X 12” floor Tile and Set ceramic tile in thin set mortar
Install white 4" X 12" ceramic cove base
Install Grout using non sanded white grout on floor tiles and base board
Install Marble threshold 24" X 4" 5/8"
Refinish existing Bath Tub and Shower Wall tiles using White Porcelain refinish product (We have over 30 years experiance refinishing baths and shower walls tiles)
Paint walls, ceiling and inside surface of door using off white mildew resistant paint with brush & roller
Remove project debris and load onto truck. Transport to dump Site. Based on one load of trash
PRODUCTS THAT ARE INCLUDED - YOU HAVE THE OPTION OF SELECTING DIFFERENT PRODUCTS AND THE PRICE WILL THEN BE ADJUSTED
Please note: We are permitted under our Maryland licensed to replace a wall switch, replace a outlet, replace a existing bathroom exhaust fan and replace a existing wall or ceiling light fixture. We are not permitted to cut wire or install any type of electrical fixture that is not currently installed. We are also permitted under our licenses to replace a toilet, sink faucet and connect both. We are not permitted to modify any type of plumbing pipes or replace any type of water shut off valve.
When a Plumber or Electrician is needed we will offer you our professional discount for any type of plumbing or electrical work that is required outside our legal scope of work.
When a licensed Plumber is required the Customer will contract with a licensed Plumber or may perform his own Plumbing. INEX will not have any type of liability or responsibility for Plumbing now or in the future unless included under our permitted service in our scope of work that is provided.
When a licensed Electrician is required Customer will contract with a licensed Electrician or may perform his own Electrical. INEX will not have any type of liability or responsibility for Electrical now or in the future unless included under our permitted service in our scope of work that is provided.
